Keeping our patients safe!

We are committed to the highest level of patient care at Smiles on Broadway. To ensure the safety of our patients during the COVID-19 crisis, we have implemented the following procedures:

1. Patients entering the office will have their temperatures taken by one of our staff. If your temperature is below 100.4°, we will proceed with the appointment. If not, we will reschedule you for another day.

2. All patients will be contacted via phone to discuss prescreening COVID-19 questions. These prescreening questions must be completed for your appointment to remain scheduled. Upon arrival for your appointment, these same questions will be given to all patients in the office to review and sign off on before each appointment.

3. We are only allowing patients with appointments into the office (one parent may accompany a minor child). All other individuals coming with patients to appointments will be asked to remain in their car. This is to limit the contact between patients in our waiting room.

4. Our waiting room is setup to accommodate social distancing for anyone waiting for their appointment.
