The Expanded Functions Program of Northwest Indiana is an ADA CERP and AGD PACE Certified continuing education course for dental professionals.
EFDA Program
This course is open to all auxiliary with one fo the following qualifications:
• Certified Dental Assistant
• Dental Assistant for at least two years
• Completed a vocational dental program
• Board-certified Dental Hygienist
Each participant must provide verification of experience and be currently employed.
Tuition is $1,400 and includes textbooks, lab supplies, equipment, restorative materials and ivorine teeth.
